Join Our Growing Team: Experienced Lawyer Wanted!

Michalaki, Pitsillidou & Co LLC, a prestigious law firm, is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Lawyer to join our expanding team in Limassol. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Represent clients in court hearings and in out of Court Procedures.
• Take the lead on all immigration cases for the Firm.
• Craft detailed legal documents such as resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, contracts pleadings, and more.
• Develop legal opinions and memos addressing complex issues in corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Handle the incorporation of companies across various jurisdictions.
• Manage document submissions to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and elsewhere.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of agreements and contracts.
• Offer expert legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Ensure compliance with AML legislation and perform thorough due diligence on clients.
• Review transaction and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective.
• Liaise with both local and international banks, preparing essential documentation for submissions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Holds an accredited university degree in Law.
• At least two years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Greek.

Friday: 08.00-14.00
