We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven sales leader with strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills, and a proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting the sales team within their assigned area, with a clear focus on driving sales growth, increasing market share, developing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set sales targets for the team under their responsibility in collaboration with the Sales Manager,

• Maintain and develop the clientele of their area and participate in meetings with clients aiming in continuous improvement of professional relations,

• Negotiate commercial agreements, with the scope of increasing sales and improving the profitability of the channel under their responsibility,

• Develop the annual promotional action plan for the channel under their responsibility and oversee its timely and effective implementation,

• Monitor the performance of the sales department based on measurable performance indicators and take immediate corrective action ensuring that the company's sales, profitability, and expense goals are met,

• Ensure that the sales team under their responsibility works effectively and collaboratively, based on the principles of the Company,

• Act as a role model, incorporating the Company's values and beliefs into their daily activities.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related discipline, preferably at a postgraduate level

• 10 years of experience in sales of consumer products, out of which 5 as a team leader

• Experience in operational ERP systems and BI tools will be an added advantage
