The Customer Marketing Specialist at PPD Global will be responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of all customer marketing activities in line with the brand and channel strategy aiming to deliver sustainable revenue and market share growth.

Professionals experienced in identifying growth opportunities from the customer’s viewpoint, and in designing and executing marketing promotional activities, with high energy and passion for success could be an ideal match for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation of Customer Marketing strategy for the sales channel, followed by brilliantly executable customer plans,
• Develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction,
• Create and maintain an up-to-date calendar of activities working closely with the sales team,
• Collaborate with the consumer marketing team for planning and budgeting as well as for the development and implementation of all customer marketing activities,
• Measure and report on the performance of all executed campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience

• University degree in Marketing, Public and Business Administration, PR & Communication Management, or any other relevant field, preferably at a postgraduate level.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including at least 1 year of experience in Sales.
• Experience in working with ERP systems and BI tools will be considered as an additional qualification.

• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer use.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Self confidence and ability to work in a team.
