Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication with property owners, tenants and building committees. Organize and coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Prepare notices, voting procedures and meeting documentation. Coordinate with the accounting, maintenance and administration departments. Update and maintain the company’s internal CRM and digital systems. Use digital tools and company software to manage daily operations efficiently. Support the continuous improvement of internal processes through technology and automation. Ensure all assigned properties are managed accurately, professionally and on time. Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both Greek and English (mandatory). Excellent computer skills and confidence in using digital platforms and new technologies (mandatory). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Logical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and attention to detail. Additional Assets (not mandatory)
Previous experience in property management. Experience using CRM systems or business software. Experience with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with AI tools and modern digital technologies. Basic understanding of accounting or expense tracking. What We Offer
