E-Cars Auto Sales LTD Receptionist – Nicosia 

E-Cars Auto Sales LTD is seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Showroom  Receptionist for its showroom in Nicosia. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience  while supporting the showroom's daily operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional manner 

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries 

• Coordinating and directing enquiries to the relevant departments 

• Updating and maintaining CRM records and administrative files 

• Supporting the preparation and coordination of customer meetings 

• Ensuring excellent presentation of reception and customer areas 

• Providing general administrative support to the team 

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Professional appearance and positive attitude 

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities 

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook 

• Fluency in Greek, English and Russian is a must 

• Team-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn 

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
