Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Marketing Advertising Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve key performance metrics.
• Monitor advertising campaign performance, conducting regular tracking and reporting to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals, messaging, and copy with campaign goals and overall marketing strategies.
• Perform A/B testing for advertisements and landing pages to improve campaign engagement, performance, and conversions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
• Support in budgeting and advertising spend tracking, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver the best possible ROI.
• Provide analysis and insights from advertising and campaign data to support marketing strategies and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with numbers, performance metrics, and data.
• Basic understanding of key digital advertising and marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to feedback and changing marketing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning, taking initiative, and professional development.
