Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the position of the Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Prepare VAT and VIES declarations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and accounting records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, creditors, and debtors balances
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, auditors, and external authorities as required
• Support the preparation of financial statements and audit processes

Qualifications:

• Qualification or degree in accounting
• Prior experience in Cyprus, preferably in accounting, audit, fiduciary, or tax firm
• Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language. Other languages will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proactive, professional, client service orientated, with good organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
