RedToast Digital Hub is a 360° marketing agency based in Nicosia, bringing together strategy, creativity, and content to help brands stand out.
We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team part-time or full-time. The position can be adapted based on the candidate’s experience, portfolio, and availability.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of brands, social media accounts, digital campaigns, and print projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging creative assets for social media and digital campaigns
Develop graphics that follow and strengthen each client’s brand identity
Create layouts, campaign concepts, and visual adaptations across multiple formats
Design materials for print and outdoor advertising, including billboards, posters, flyers, menus, brochures, signage, and other printed materials
Prepare print-ready artwork according to the required technical specifications
Communicate and coordinate with print shops and external suppliers regarding specifications, dimensions, materials, production requirements, and final delivery
Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to bring concepts to life
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
Stay up to date with current design, digital, print, and social media trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy
Basic understanding of print production and print-ready artwork
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work across different brand identities and visual styles
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced agency environment
Previous professional experience in graphic design will be considered an advantage
Previous experience within a marketing or creative agency will be considered an advantage
Additional Skills Considered an Advantage
Knowledge of motion graphics / Adobe After Effects
Knowledge of web design
