Δίπλωμα ή Πτυχίο Ξενοδοχειακών/ Diploma or Hotel Degree
Προϋπηρεσία στον Ξενοδοχειακό Τομέα / Working Experience in the Hotel Industry
Γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας / Fluent in both Greek and English Languages
Επαγγελματισμός και Υπευθυνότητα / Thrustworthy and Professionalism
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες / Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα – Ομαδικότητα / Pleasant personality - Teamwork Spirit
Καθήκοντα και Ευθύνες / Duties and Responsibilities:
Διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών Άφιξης ή/και αναχώρησης των Φιλοξενουμένων / Process Guest Check-ins & Check-outs.
Επικοινωνία των Υπηρεσιών και Εγκαταστάσεων προς τους Φιλοξενούμενους του Ξενοδοχείου / Communicate services and amenities of the Hotel to Guests.
Διαχείριση ταμείου και λογαριασμών φιλοξενούμενων/διαμενόντων στο ξενοδοχείο / Managing cash and in-house Guest Room accounts.
Απαραίτητη χρήση σωστής Τηλεφωνικής Εθιμοτυπίας / Uses proper telephone etiquette.
Γνώση Λογισμικών Διαχείρισης Ξενοδοχείου (π.χ. Opera, Protel, Fidelio, κ.α.). Δεν είναι απαραίτητο, αλλά θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν / Good understanding of the PMS (Property Management Software) (Eg: Opera, Protel, Fidelio, etc). Not mandatory, but it will be considered as an advantage.
