Job Description

PART TIME RECEPTIONIST – ICON+ (NICOSIA CITY CENTER) - 4 DAYS PER WEEK 

The candidate will be responsible for the reception desk, salon assistant/coordinator and retail assistant 
[Training will be provided for the above]
Requirements:
• excellent English knowledge (spoken and written)
• computer skills – Microsoft office and social media Facebook & Instagram pages 
• pleasant personality
• able to work under pressure and part of a team
• must be willing to learn the shortcuts software (to book appointments)
• must be willing to learn the products available for retail and professional purposes

Tasks: 
• answer phone calls
• welcome clients
• answer client requirements through social media
• coordinate the running appointments
• sell products at the retail area
• do stock control
• offer drinks to clients
• keep the space tidy

Working hours required 4 days per week 
(16 days annual leave)

Sunday - off
Monday - off
Tuesday -  9:00 -18:00 (8hours)  (1/2 hour lunch) (2×15mins break)
Wed - off 
Thursday 9:30-18:30 (8hrs) (1/2 hour lunch) (2×15mins break)
Friday 9:30 -18:30 (8hrs) (1/2 hour lunch) (2×15mins break)
Saturday 8:30 -17:00 (8hrs)(1/2 hour lunch) 
Total 32 hours / week
