Job Overview

Exelixis Constructions is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and coordinate property development and construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, applying strong technical judgement, effective planning and sound decision-making to achieve the company's objectives. The position requires a proactive professional capable of managing priorities, resolving challenges and maintaining high standards throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects throughout all stages, from initial planning and design to construction and final handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow and construction schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee site activities and monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, project risks and potential delays, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project documentation to ensure effective coordination between disciplines.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to assess progress and address outstanding issues.
• Coordinate project completion, snagging and final handover to ensure all works meet the required standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning and cost control.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence.
