Location: Her Gym Limassol – Omonoias 19, 3052 Limassol

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 15:00 – 17:00 (10 hours per week)
 

Important: This position requires flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts to cover colleagues' absences, holidays, or other operational needs. Candidates must have flexible availability beyond the regular working hours.

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional part-time receptionist to join our team.

As the face of Her Gym, you will ensure every client receives excellent service and support. The position offers fixed daily working hours, with the additional responsibility of providing flexible shift coverage whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members, verifying active membership status.
• Assist members with the gym app, memberships, and bookings.
• Manage personal training bookings.
• Provide guided tours and explain membership options to walk-ins.
• Respond to phone, email, and social media inquiries.
• Handle POS transactions and process Wolt orders.
• Assist with laundry and general reception duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Manage supplier orders and stock inventory for drinks, snacks, and other products.
• Cover additional reception shifts when colleagues are unavailable.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Russian is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
• Proactive, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using booking systems, email, and POS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible availability to cover additional shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, when required.
