Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support your fellow spa administrator and spa therapists with their daily duties
• Ensure the spa environment is fully prepared to welcome guests
• Host and interact with clients, delivering a warm and professional front-desk experience
• Manage bookings and appointments using our spa’s computer/scheduling system
• Work closely with the team, supporting one another to ensure the best outcomes for clients

The Role:

• Full-time (5 days per week, including weekends) 10:00-20:00
• Fixed days off every week (Tuesday & Wednesday) - no rotating rota

• Monthly basic net salary: €1,400

Requirements:

• EU Passport - required, no exceptions
• Conversational English - strong communication skills are essential
• Previous professional experience in hosting, client-facing work, or front desk roles
• Comfortable using computers, with the ability to learn our booking system
• Integrity, a welcoming personality, and a strong work ethic
• A genuine team player - this role isn’t suited to lone wolves
