Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, is looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join a team in Nicosia.
You will play an important role in supporting customers, answering enquiries, processing transactions and requests, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Your day-to-day
Support customers by handling enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Process transactions, requests, and related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate customer records and information.
Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Follow company procedures and compliance standards.
You’re a great match if you
Have a High School Certificate.
Speak fluent English and Greek (extra languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew are a plus).
Have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Are organised, reliable, and comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Can work rotating shifts, including weekends.
Have previous call centre or customer service experience (an advantage, but not essential).

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, on 8-hour rotating shifts. The Call Centre operates from 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday.
