Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant/specific subject area (Mathematics, Business, Hospitality Management)
- Hold a PhD. The PhD does not necessarily have to be in the same subject area
- Relevant Academic & Research Experience
- For Hospitality position, industry experience will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek
- Ability to work effectively with academic and administrative staff and contribute positively to departmental activities
- High standards of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars
- Develop and update course materials and learning resources
- Mark examination papers, assignments, tests, and other student assessments accurately and within the required deadlines
- Undertake examination invigilation duties and ensure examinations are conducted in
accordance with institutional policies and procedures - Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students
- Conduct and contribute to academic research in relevant fields of expertise
- Participate in quality assurance and academic monitoring processes
