The Account Executive supports the Client Service team in managing client accounts and coordinating projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
The role is ideal for an organised and communicative professional with an interest in advertising, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in managing client accounts and day-to-day client communication.
Assist with client meetings, Contact Reports, briefs, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate projects with Creative, Digital, Media, and other internal teams.
Ensure client requirements and deadlines are clearly communicated and followed up.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of creative proposals.
Support the development of client relationships and account activities.
Report directly to the Account Director.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing, communications, or related client-facing environment.
Genuine interest in advertising and the wider communications industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good command of written and spoken English.
What They Offer
Salary: €1,600–€1,800 gross per month.
13th salary.

Working hours: Flexible starting times between 08:00–09:30, with corresponding finishing times between 17:00–18:30; 8 working hours on Mondays and 7.5 working hours from Tuesday to Friday.
