Account Manager
Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Building, developing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and partners via phone, email, and social networks
• Converting leads into active trading clients through effective communication and follow-up
• Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process, including account opening, verification, and platform setup
• Helping clients understand the Company’s products, services, and ongoing promotions
• Promoting the Company’s products and services in order to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
• Maintaining a high level of contact with both new and existing clients to ensure strong engagement and retention
• Providing assistance with platform navigation, trading-related queries, and general account support
• Researching, initiating, and developing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partner networks
• Providing training and guidance to partners on Company products, trading platforms, and systems (including webinars)
• Informing clients and partners about new products, promotions, and company updates
• Providing live support to clients and ensuring timely resolution of queries
• Liaising with relevant departments to resolve client issues and escalate complaints when necessary
• Following up consistently on client and partner requests to ensure high service quality
• Identifying new business development opportunities to support company growth
• Continuously improving conversion rates, client activity, and overall performance
• Taking initiative to support improvements within the Sales and Business Development processes
Key Attributes
• Fluency in English, additional language will considered an advantage
• Previous experience with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or affiliates in the CFD industry is considered an advantage
• Proven experience in converting potential clients to depositors
• Proven experience of at least one years in the sales industry
• Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership skills and able to perform as a team player
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box approach
