CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building strong and long-term relationships. An academic background in a related field is preferred, and you will possess approximately 1+ year of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role. You will need to have experience using CRM systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, while knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage. Working hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and executive sponsors.
• Manage multiple client accounts in a structured and professional manner, including regular review meetings and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with clients on joint marketing campaigns, including planning, negotiation, and execution.
• Analyse client performance data, traffic patterns, and campaign results to provide insights and growth recommendations.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding product adoption across client portfolios.
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, CRM, and others) to address client needs and communicate feedback effectively.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new clients in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent, high-quality day-to-day service delivery.
• Work towards individual targets and contribute to overall department KPIs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University or college education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive management.
• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality of work.
• European citizenship.
