Previous experience in the industry is not required.What matters most to us is personality, communication skills, willingness to learn and the ambition to grow professionally. Full training will be provided on our products, technologies and sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s client portfolio across Cyprus
• Conduct professional visits to Dermatology Clinics, Plastic Surgery Clinics, Maxillofacial Surgery Clinics and Aesthetic Centres
• Present and promote medical devices and professional aesthetic products
• Present aesthetic equipment, Laser systems and advanced technologies
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships
• Identify each client’s needs and recommend appropriate commercial solutions
• Monitor sales performance and achieve agreed sales targets
• Participate in workshops, product training, presentations, conferences and corporate events
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners

Essential Qualifications

• University Degree / Higher Education Degree
• Pleasant, confident and highly communicative personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Results-oriented and commercially minded
• Professionalism, consistency and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Cyprus

Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management
• Experience in Medical Aesthetics, professional aesthetics, medical devices or the pharmaceutical industry
• Existing professional network within Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Medical Aesthetics or Aesthetic Centres
• Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a strong advantage

Employment Terms & Benefits

The position is offered under a standard full-time employment agreement in Cyprus.

• €1,585 gross monthly salary ( €1,400 net)
