Job Description

Duties

1. Responsible for the daily operations of the law firm and its clients

2. Preparation of companies' accounting books and communication with auditors

3. Registrations/cancellations of companies at the Tax Department and the VAT Department through the government portal TFA

4. Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES, IR7, IR1 declarations through TFA and Taxisnet

5. Reconciliation of bank accounts

6. Registration of HE32 with the Registrar of Companies

7. Knowledge of Payroll & payment of social security through the Government portal SISNET.

8. Knowledge of the government portal ERGANI

The position is particularly suited to an accounting professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

1. Accounting degree or relevant field or LLCI / Higher holder

2. ACCA certification will be considered an additional qualification

3. Necessary computer knowledge as well as excel/ word.

4. Knowledge of e-soft accounting program and Premier Payroll system will be considered an additional qualification

5. Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.

6. Very good knowledge of Greek and English

7. Teamwork ability and excellent organizational and time management skills.

8. Integrity of character, organizational ability, responsibility, reliability, confidentiality.
