Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for a portfolio of clients
  • Maintaining proper records of clients’ books in accounting software
  • Perform bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns in compliance with Cyprus regulations
  • Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines

 

 Qualifications / Skills required

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
  • Organizational and communicational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. BTMS)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with the company’s other departments
