We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant. The Accountant will take responsibility for the end-to-end accounting of a portfolio of group entities, including day-to-day accounting, reporting, compliance support, and audit coordination.
The role reports directly to the Directors of the entity.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries for multiple entities
Prepare journal entries, month-end adjustments, and management accounts
Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors
Perform payments, regular bank, investment, and third-party reconciliations
Assist with VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and ongoing compliance requirements
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for senior management and the family office
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
2–4+ years’ accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment
Good working knowledge of IFRS
Very good Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical ability with good attention to detail
Professional integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality
Clear communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a collaborative environment
