Job Description
The Administration Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Order processing / Invoicing
- Monitoring and following up of accounts payable.
- Reconciling vendors’ statements, customer invoices and vendors’ monthly settlements.
Requirements:
- Excellent human relations, communication and service skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in spoken and written Greek and English.
Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 17:30
