Join our Service Delivery Operations Team

Our Service Delivery Operations team serves as the backbone of our front-line operations, ensuring seamless management of various internal processes from the initial application stage to customer onboarding and any post-sale support interactions, especially those related to technical faults.
 

Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in Nicosia or Limassol.

What will your job look like?

• Schedule installation appointments and prepare necessary documentation
   
• Manage technical issues by monitoring and addressing faults reported through tickets
• Communicate with customers to resolve fault-related issues and offer alternative solutions during service interruptions
• Ensure line quality after a service installation
• Coordinate with external partners for network related issues
• Maintain and update databases as needed
• Follow up on maintenance activities affecting our customers' services
• Support the Field Engineers team
• Facilitate effective communication across different departments

All you need is…

• University Degree in Computer Science or in a related field is preferred
• Previous relevant experience would be an advantage
• Customer orientation and attention to detail/accuracy
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
