After Sales Manager, Nicosia – ASM/05/26

Our client, a leading retail group based in Nicosia, is seeking to recruit a professional and experienced After Sales Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing after-sales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting the continuous growth and efficiency of the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent after-sales service
• Oversee daily after-sales operations, including service, spare parts, and warranty processes
• Manage and supervise the delivery department to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external partners and installers
• Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to support customer retention and business growth
• Create value for customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions and support
• Conduct regular training and development activities for after-sales staff
• Ensure repairs are completed within acceptable timeframes and service standards
• Monitor and ensure quality control during the receipt, storage, and handling of products

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in the retail sector will be considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary package of up to €2,300 gross per month (x13)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexible schedule)
