What You’ll Do:

 

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to oversee cross-team delivery execution across multiple product squads. The role is responsible for release governance, process optimization, tooling enhancements, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across the organization.

This position partners closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within a scaled Agile environment.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Delivery & Release Governance

  • Coordinate and oversee release management activities across 6–10 Agile teams
  • Ensure production readiness through structured release checkpoints
  • Facilitate cross-team dependency management and risk mitigation
  • Monitor delivery health, timelines, and execution risks
  • Drive standardization of release processes and deployment governance

 

Agile Process Leadership

  • Maintain and continuously improve Agile frameworks
  • Optimize planning, refinement, and tracking practices
  • Facilitate progress review meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments impacting flow

 

Tooling & Workflow Ownership

  • Own and enhance Jira workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and structured use of work tracking systems
  • Improve visibility through metrics (velocity, throughput, WIP, cycle time)
  • Drive data-based delivery insights for leadership

 

Operational Planning

  • Support office capacity planning across squads
  • Maintain hybrid working schedules and team availability planning
  • Ensure balanced resource utilization and coverage

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and propose structural enhancements
  • Promote best practices in Agile maturity and delivery excellence


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Agile Delivery / Scrum Master / Delivery Management roles
  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Strong hands-on Jira administration and workflow configuration experience
  • Proven experience managing structured release processes
  • Experience working in fintech, online trading platforms, or fast-paced product environments preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile metrics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.


 

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
  • Onsite Hybrid Model, 3 days in the Office and 2 from Home
