Job Description

What you'll do:
• Design and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Build and manage backlink acquisition campaigns to grow domain authority
• Use Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and audits
• Set up and maintain basic web templates optimised for performance and crawlability
• Operate Claude and other LLMs to produce, refine, and QA content at scale
• Create AI-assisted workflows across SEO, outreach, and reporting
• Monitor KPIs: organic traffic, DR/DA, SERP rankings, link velocity
• Stay current with AI search changes (Google SGE, ChatGPT search) and adapt strategies

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Strong grasp of domain authority, link equity, and off-page optimisation
• Practical experience with Semrush or similar platforms
• Ability to build or configure basic web templates (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Active user of Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs — confident writing effective prompts
• Analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4 and Search Console
• Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end

Nice to have:
• AI writing tools (Jasper, Surfer SEO, Clearscope)
• Schema markup and Core Web Vitals knowledge
• Basic HTML/CSS for template edits
• AI-assisted outreach sequences
