Job Description

What you'll do: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
• Lead requirement-gathering and translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Design AI Voice solutions aligned with customer use cases and system environments
• Coordinate with development teams to deliver, refine, and validate solutions
• Oversee testing, QA, and successful deployment
• Manage customer communication throughout delivery and ensure satisfaction post go-live

What we need from you: 

• Experience in software consulting, solution consulting, or technical project coordination
• Strong ability to gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements
• Experience working closely with development teams on custom software solutions
• Understanding of software delivery life cycles, testing, and QA
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based, voice, or automation platforms (e.g. n8n)
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or IT consulting
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or customer service platforms
• Basic hands-on technical skills, such as:
  • Basic SQL for querying, validating, or inspecting data
  • Basic Python (or similar scripting language) for simple logic, testing, or troubleshooting
