Airfreight Operations Officer
Job Description
G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit an Airfreight Operations Officer to join our team at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily airfreight import and export operations.
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Review invoicing, billing and shipment documentation.
- Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents and warehouses.
- Support the operations team and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
Prepare operational reports and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of airfreight procedures, shipment documentation and invoicing.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
IATA DGR certification and fluency in English and Greek will be considered an advantage.
