Responsibilities

• Serve as Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO), subject to regulatory approval where applicable.
• Maintain ongoing communication with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and compliance reports.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
• Investigate suspicious activities and ensure compliance with AML/CFT obligations.
• Perform KYC/KYB reviews, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance projects.

Requirements

• CySEC Advanced Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of Compliance and/or AML experience within a CySEC-regulated entity.
• Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
• Experience within CFD, FX, FinTech, Digital Assets, Crypto, or other regulated financial services environments will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with compliance and transaction monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with MiCA and digital asset regulatory developments is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.
