Responsibilities

Serve as Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO), subject to regulatory approval where applicable.
Maintain ongoing communication with relevant regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and compliance reports.
Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements.
Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
Investigate suspicious activities and ensure compliance with AML/CFT obligations.
Perform KYC/KYB reviews, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance projects.

Requirements

CySEC Advanced Certification (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of Compliance and/or AML experience within a CySEC-regulated entity.
Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
Experience within CFD, FX, FinTech, Digital Assets, Crypto, or other regulated financial services environments will be highly advantageous.
Experience with compliance and transaction monitoring systems.
Familiarity with MiCA and digital asset regulatory developments is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.
