Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate services and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Greek with strong communication skills.
• High professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely if needed.

 

Main Duties:

• Engage with new leads and customers and handle client registrations.
• Ensure the application of KYC procedures of the firm.
• Oversee compliance processes and apply quality controls.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely client service.
• Handling of the client account and processing payments.
• Manage corporate duties with the Registrar of Companies.
• Ensure compliance with AML and GDPR regulations.

Compensation:

• Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s skills and expertise.

 

Working hours:

• 08:00-17:00 daily and 08:00-14:00 on Fridays
