AML Officer Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an AML officer Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and assess client onboarding and due diligence processes in line with AML regulations.
- Conduct ongoing and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on higher-risk clients.
- Keep up-to-date with AML laws, directives, and internal compliance policies.
- Prepare and maintain AML documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
- Assist in internal AML audits and respond to requests for information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AML compliance, ideally within a professional services firm or regulated financial institution.
- Sound understanding of the AML legal and regulatory framework in Cyprus and the EU.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek.
