We are seeking to recruit an AML officer Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, review, and assess client onboarding and due diligence processes in line with AML regulations.
Conduct ongoing and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on higher-risk clients.
Keep up-to-date with AML laws, directives, and internal compliance policies.
Prepare and maintain AML documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
Assist in internal AML audits and respond to requests for information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in AML compliance, ideally within a professional services firm or regulated financial institution.
Sound understanding of the AML legal and regulatory framework in Cyprus and the EU.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek.
