About the job

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What You’ll Do:

🧩 First-Level Support: Be the first point of contact for user questions and technical issues.

🛠️ Minor Changes: Make small adjustments to applications when needed.

👥 User Management: Add and manage user accounts within the system.

📈 Escalation: Forward more complex issues to second-level support or solution vendors.

📄 Documentation: Keep accurate records of problems and their solutions.

🎓 Learning: Participate in training sessions to better understand the application.

🤝 Teamwork: Collaborate with IT team members to improve the application and user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

💬 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

🔍 Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy & quality

🔄 Flexible & adaptable in fast-paced settings

🗂️ Strong organizational & time management skills

📚 Willingness to learn

🧠 Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

🤝 Able to work independently & in a team

🗣️ Fluent in Greek & English
