The position

Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

As part of our Product Services team, you will:

·        Install and configure EDAMS systems and related products (MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports).

·        Assist customers remotely (telephonic & internet) and on-site with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

·        Deliver user training and guidance to system administrators, managers, and operational staff.

·        Develop reports, dashboards, and SQL scripts.

·        Work closely with colleagues, customers, and project teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates who have:

·        Degree in Engineering.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

·        A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environment and operating system.

·        Knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL.

·        Previous experience in software support, implementation, or system administration.
