We are looking for a qualified Architect registered with ETEK and holding a valid professional practising licence to join our team and play an active role across the full project lifecycle — from design development and statutory approvals to construction documentation and coordination on site.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate documentation required for planning and building permit applications in Cyprus.
Ensure compliance with applicable Cyprus planning requirements, building regulations and ETEK professional requirements.
Coordinate architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical and other consultants.
Review contractor drawings, technical submissions, materials and construction details.
Participate in site meetings, inspections and technical coordination.
Identify and resolve design and construction issues arising during project execution.
