CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established team of Architects & Designers with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a talented Architect to join their growing team. As an Architect, you will play an active role in the design, development, and delivery of projects. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Architecture, who are ETEK licenced. You will ideally hold 3+ years of demonstrable experience with a portfolio showcasing sensitivity to materiality, context, and spatial quality, although Graduate-Level applicants with a keen eye for design are also encouraged to apply. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development. Working hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
• Meet with clients to determine requirements, budgets, and project goals.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress.
• Revise plans and resolve design or construction issues as needed.
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• ETEK licensed with a professional degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills.
• Proven experience in preparing construction drawings and tender documentation.
• Experience with site supervision and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Familiarity with planning and building permit procedures in Cyprus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in Greek & English.
• Portfolio showcasing sensitivity to materiality, context, and spatial quality.
