Join the system support team of a large scale, mission critical information technology system of a public organization and be responsible for the provision of user support services related with town planning and building permits processes.
Job Responsibilities
•Provide on-site and email assistance to users and guidance on system usage.
•Respond promptly to user inquiries.
•Support and transfer system knowledge to users.
•Provide timely information/advice regarding upcoming updates/upgrades.
•Execute system testing and confirm its quality.
•Update the User Manual and/or Administrator Manual.
•Keep the system in normal operation.
•Support users with business requirements.
Qualifications
•University degree in a field related to Architecture, Construction, Planning or Civil Engineering.
•Understanding of the town planning processes will be considered an advantage.
•Experience within a help desk or customer service role will be considered an advantage.
•Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek languages.
