We operate in the retail sector for more than 20 years, representing well-known fashion brands, including Stradivarius, Mango, Tezenis and Kipling, is currently looking for Area Store Supervisor.

Job Objective

Area Store Supervisor oversees daily operations, staff performance, and brand standards across 2 retail stores within the assigned area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining high operational standards, developing store teams and ensuring excellent costumer service. This is a mid-level management role that bridges store management with senior brand management.

Reports to: Brand Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily operations of the assigned retail stores
• Conducting regular store visits to monitor operation efficiency, store presentation and compliance with company and brand standards
• Supervising, training and motivating store management and sales team on a continuous basis, to provide quality customer service and achieve sales targets
• Monitoring stock availability, ensuring continuing stock replenishment in the store, returns and transfers between stores
• Ensuring accurate cash handling, till reconciliation, bank deposits and daily financial reporting
• Overseeing weekly and daily planning of tasks and administration of staff timetables, according to the legislation.

Required Qualifications & Competences:

• University Degree or College Diploma will be considered as an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in retail
• Excellent command of Greek & English languages
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Leadership & management skills 
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player & cooperative 
• Sales-oriented & able to understand sales reports 
• Energetic and motivated
