As an Assistant Linen Keeper, you will ensure an efficient laundry service and maintain adequate stock levels at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Count the dirty laundry and prepare it for collection by the laundry service
Coordinate with the laundry service to maintain linen stock and accurately record dirty linen sent and clean linen received
Ensure that supplies are kept in good condition
Make certain that there is sufficient linen and uniforms to meet daily requirements
Place laundered items in the room service trolleys
Provide team members with the appropriate number of uniforms

Qualifications and Experience:

High school certificate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude; capable of working independently
Proficient in English and Greek, with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and courteous to guests
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
