Assistant Store Manager
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role; a relevant degree is welcomed but not mandatory.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Enhanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of financial matters.
Fluent in both Greek and English.
Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Provide high-quality products and services in alignment with the brand's standards.
Manage the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.
