We are looking for motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Managers to join our teams at our Polemidia and Germasogeia stores in Limassol, supporting the Store Managers in leading the teams and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Your Role
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation
Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and overall store performance
Support cost control initiatives and contribute to achieving business targets
Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and labour laws
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance follow-ups
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and store documentation as required

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in the hospitality or QSR industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluency in Greek is essential; good command of English required
Customer-focused with a hands-on and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of Cyprus health & safety, food hygiene and labour legislation
