Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on various legal matters, in writing and in meetings
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal opinions and correspondence
• Prepare pleadings, applications, affidavits and other court documents
• Appear before courts as required
• Carry out legal research and prepare memos on points of law
• Run client due diligence and KYC/AML checks in line with firm procedures
• Handle corporate work: company formations, resolutions, registry filings
• Manage files, deadlines and court dates accurately

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• Admitted to Cyprus Bar Association
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Fluent written and spoken English / Russian
