A.T MULTITECH CORPORATION LTD, a well-established company based in Nicosia with over 30 years of presence in the fields of information technology and electrical appliances, is currently seeking to hire a full-time Audio‑Visual (AV) TV Technician.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Audio‑Visual (AV) TV Technician, that will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective maintenance and repair of product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

Job Description:

·        Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.

·        Deliver prompt and professional technical support for hardware, software and network issues.

·        Replace hardware components and update tickets in our system.

Requirements:

·        Prior experience in repairing televisions and soundbars will be considered an advantage.

·        Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.

·        Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and comprehend technical information.

·        Very good knowledge of Greek and English language – written and spoken.
