Job Description

Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Bar Waiter/Waitress for the Antasia Beach Club.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Thanos Hotels
• Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
• Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
• Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
• Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Bar Manager

 
Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel
• Degree in Hospitality Management or hospitality related qualification, will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English. Russian will be considered as an advantage
• Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
• To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization 
• Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
