Position: Barista

Location: Limassol Center

Job Type: Full Time positions available

Salary: €1350 - €1650 (Gross for full time positions)

Hours: 8 Hours Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages including but not limited to espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced drinks.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including understanding coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and the ability to explain menu offerings to customers with enthusiasm and detail.
• Operate and maintain all coffee equipment with care, ensuring it is clean and functional.
• Manage the point of sale system, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and ensure proper billing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly cafe environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the cafe, including preparation areas, customer seating areas etc.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to meet the cafe’s goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Passion for coffee and enthusiasm to learn about coffee preparation and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
