Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered. Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations. Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times. Address all guests and staff in a polite, professional and courteous manner promoting a welcoming and respectful environment. Qualification and Experience:
Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position Very good knowledge of English language Knowledge of mixology, including traditional and creative cocktails Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, engaging personality Professional appearance & attitude Benefits:
