Job Description

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team in Paphos.

 

The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, and supporting reporting and compliance processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and maintain accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements, payments, and balances
• Process supplier payments and track outstanding amounts
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance
• Support payroll and statutory submissions
• Prepare basic financial reports and monitor budgets
• Issue invoices/credit notes and reconcile accounts

 

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Accounting software knowledge (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Greek & English
