We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Bookkeeper to assist with all the departmental needs. Key Responsibilities: 

 • Daily reconciliation of Bets and cash recons against internal reports. 

• Daily refunds to clients. 

• Weekly checking of payment and fee charged from processing companies. 

• Monthly reconciliations of Bets and Cash. 

• Monthly recording of Sales in all subsidiary companies. 

• Monthly issuing of intercompany invoices for all subsidiary companies. 

• Monthly issuing of management accounts for all subsidiary companies. 

• Creation of new companies in the system. 

• Chart of accounts maintenance. 

• Liaising with auditors. 

• Yearly workings required by auditors for the finalization of the financial statements. 

• Approval of financial statements. 

• Preparation of ad hoc reports for management. 

• Analytical review of group figures on a monthly basis. 

• Delegation and monitoring of work. 

• Any additional tasks which may be assigned from time to time. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years experience as a bookkeeper.  

• High attention to details.  

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with the Xero accounting system is considered an advantage. 

• Ability to meet deadlines. 

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment. 

• A collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously. 

• Ability to manage tasks independently and work with minimal supervision. 

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
