Brand & Creative Supervisor – Louis Hotels Group

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team at the Head Offices in Nicosia as the Brand & Creative Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic creative direction, ensuring all brand communications are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with our marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Lead and evolve the brand and visual identity across all properties and campaigns, ensuring consistency 
   across digital, print, and on-site materials.

·   Design and produce creative assets — from campaigns, brochures, menus and brand toolkits.

·   Direct photoshoots, video productions, and visual storytelling initiatives.

·   Oversee creative content for all social media channels, ensuring each property’s identity shines within 
    the group’s brand framework.

·   Supervise and guide in-house designers and external partners, maintaining excellence and consistency 
    across all outputs.

·   Monitor design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brand 
    experience.

Required qualifications: 

·   Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

·   A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, or brand management, preferably within the 
    hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector.

·   Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion.

·   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) with solid 
    photography and video editing skills.

·   Strong storytelling and brand communication skills in English and Greek.

·   EU Nationality or eligibility in working within the EU.
